About Me

Hello! I’m Casey, an educational psychologist, neurodiversity advocate, and executive function coach and coach supervisor based in sunny Cape Town, South Africa. But more than that - I’m someone who truly gets it.

I was well into my career when I discovered that I have ADHD myself. It didn’t present the same way as it showed up in my psychology training - I wasn’t the bouncy, excited ball of energy in the textbook. I was a smart-but-scattered professional woman, and while I needed to learn systems to support my challenges, it was a journey of self-compassion that has really helped me to find my groove. That diagnosis was a lightbulb moment that changed everything. Suddenly, my work supporting neurodivergent individuals—students, professionals, and fellow coaches—became even more personal.

I’ve spent the last 10 years helping people understand how their brains work, empowering them to get out of their own way and build the confidence to thrive. I’ve worked with children in schools, young adults navigating university, and professionals trying to keep up with life’s endless to-do lists. I’m also truly passionate about supervising other executive function coaches, helping them grow their practice and impact in a sustainable, self-compassionate way.

Beyond coaching and supervision, I’ve lectured in tertiary institutions, designed training programmes for teachers and coaches, and built communities where neurodivergent minds can feel understood and supported. My coaching and supervision approach is practical, strengths-based, and (importantly) tailored to real life. No one-size-fits-all strategies here - just insights, tools, and support that actually work for you.

If you’re looking for a fresh perspective on neurodiversity, executive functioning, or just a little help getting unstuck, you’re in the right place. Let’s figure it out together.
