I provide supervision for coaches who work with neurodivergent clients.

I’m here to help you build your brand as a trusted neurodivergent specialist.

Challenges I hear from coaches:

Your coaching bleeds into therapy.

You lose confidence in your ability to guide
real, meaningful change.

You feel like you're lost in a flooded
coaching market.

You are burned out, and feel like quitting.

You want to pivot to offer something different,

but are unsure how.

About Me

Hello! My name is Casey Anley.

I am an educational psychologist, executive function coach, and coach trainer and supervisor. I specialise in training and supervising coaches to support neurodivergent clients.

I have ADHD myself, and I’ve been there – trying to efficiently run a coaching business, whilst negotiating my own executive function challenges, standing out from the crowd, and managing my own burnout. It’s a rough, lonely road … one I am committed to helping others to navigate successfully.

My coaching and supervision approach is practical, strengths-based, and (importantly) tailored to real life. No one-size-fits-all strategies here – just insights, tools, and support that actually work for you.

If you’re looking for a fresh perspective on neurodiversity and running a practice confidently without burnout, you’re in the right place. Let’s figure it out together.

Neuro-affirming supervision

1.

Empower your clients to build healthy, sustainable habits, and lean into responsibility.

2.

Give your expertise the springboard they need to shine.

3.

Get the support you need to prevent and rise above burnout.

4.

Feel energised by working meaningfully with your ideal clients.

Client Testimonials

"Casey was hands down the best supervisor I have had to date! What set her apart is her ability to combine this knowledge and experience with a gentle but powerful presence. In supervision that meant knowing where to stop and probe a little deeper, knowing where to give space and time. That seemingly inherent knowing and allowing is what sets Casey apart - I am a better practitioner because of the time we spent together and how seamlessly she managed to support me as the individual in turn supported my clients too."
Anna Manning,
Executive Confidence Coach, Corporate Trainer
"Casey brings warmth and empathy to everything that she does, whether that’s coaching, supervising coaches, training and facilitating - the list goes on. She has an ability to connect remarkably quickly with people and then a deep capacity for listening, making them feel heard and held.

You’re not just in safe hands when you work with Casey, you’re in for some really thoughtful, intelligent collaboration, backed up by years of solid experience, not to mention a wonderful lack of ego that supports the creation of psychologically safe, generative spaces."
Natalie Snodgrass,
Leadership, neurodiversity and career development coach, hE consultant),
"Working with Casey is honestly a dream. Beyond holding care for us as coaches, Casey also holds respect and love for the clients and people we work with. As a result, she approaches the sessions with an authentic passion and is deeply invested in our growth. Not only is she incredibly knowledgeable, she also works with a wisdom and kindness that creates a very safe space for coaches to deeply reflect and explore. I know that I'm a much better coach due to my time working with her and I also know she's a fantastic asset to this industry."
Sona Sood,
developmental and Executive function coach
